This policy applies to Day Pass bookings, Meeting Rooms, and Event Spaces.
Users must pay fees according to the pricing structure communicated at the time of booking. One Day Coworking Labs reserves the right to revise pricing with prior notice.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes including GST, which will be charged additionally as per government regulations.
Monthly invoices will be generated and made available through the user dashboard. Any disputes must be raised within 10 days of the invoice date.
Bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 days. Security deposits will be refunded within 30 days of vacating the Coworking space, subject to compliance with all agreement terms.
Users may invite guests and visitors to One Day Coworking Labs under the following conditions:
Guests and visitors may access the reception waiting area and designated common spaces, subject to availability.
The gaming zone is accessible exclusively to One Day Coworking Labs clients; access is not permitted for any other individuals.
Users must access and use the website lawfully and must not interfere with other users’ access.
All content including text, graphics, logos, and software on the website is the property of One Day Coworking Labs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
